The Starter policy allows one active, transacting free store per Primary Owner/business. Paid stores and memberships in another merchant’s store do not use that allowance. Every new store starts on Starter, but recreation, transfer, downgrade, reactivation or plan cycling cannot multiply free-store allowances. #### How much media can I keep on Starter? Applies to: Bangladesh. Starter’s retained-media allowance is exactly 1,000,000,000 bytes (1 GB decimal). It counts storefront, catalog and branding media, including active, draft and archived product media, retained originals, derivatives and reusable or unattached assets. Each physical object counts once across references; derivatives count by actual bytes. Core order records, internal backups and system-generated export archives are excluded. At capacity, only quota-increasing uploads are blocked: existing media, records, checkout and exports stay available, without silent deletion. #### How many images can I upload on Starter? Applies to: Bangladesh. The allowance is 100 successful original-image uploads or replacements per monthly usage period, plus a one-time 100-upload setup bonus in the business’s genuine first period: 200 initially, then 100 with no rollover. Replacements count as new uploads; deletion does not refund upload usage. The per-file limit remains 10 MB, subject to the existing image and security checks. Recreation, transfer and plan changes do not create another initial bonus. #### Does Starter include extra orders when my store grows? Applies to: Bangladesh. An eligible business reaching the normal 100-order limit for the first time can receive a once-only buffer of up to 50 extra orders in that same period. It is not a recurring 150-order plan. Unused buffer orders expire at period end; later periods return to 100. The policy allows a reversible inactivity pause after 180 consecutive days without meaningful authenticated, store-specific activity or a new order, only with at least 30 days’ advance notice and once unresolved orders, returns, refunds, disputes and required commerce obligations are clear. Activity resets the clock. Records, media, dashboard, exports and required after-sales access remain available; reactivation is subject to current free-store eligibility. This is a pause, not deletion. #### Do Starter’s resource protections limit normal selling? Applies to: Bangladesh. Scoped abuse and cost protections cover image processing and storage, email sends and resends, optional AI, analytics ingestion and queries, and recurring background work, with bounded retries and deduplication. Applies to: Bangladesh. Paid-plan cancellation follows the dashboard control and current Horcrux terms; Horcrux does not auto-charge or auto-renew. A missed renewal enters the published 15-day grace period with reminders; checkout is not automatically disabled by nonpayment, and a grace-expired store remains courtesy-access until explicit revocation. Cancellation is a period-end billing state under the current terms, not an immediate shutdown promise. While the store remains eligible, authorized staff can use the dashboard and request an expiring export of merchant-owned core records and original media; an export is not an archive restore.
